EVERYONE who works here is amazing. I have never had a bad experience. From the doormen, to the maintenance men, and the office workers are GREAT. EVERYONE works so hard to make sure things are right and you are happy. I never write comments but I want everyone that works here to know I am thankful for ALL they do. THANK YOU!!!!

We are very happy at burnham pointe, we moved in when the new management started and we love the building. The staff is very helpful, the amenities are really nice and clean, we live in the 7th floor where all the amenities are but don't hear a thing, walls are sound-proof i guess. I always find a spot to park and overall I love the location. Eventhough its downtown is very quiet, there is a nearby park to walk your dog and few restaurants around, movie theater and supermarket.

I love it a Burnham Pointe. The staff is always quick to help when I have a problem and it's nice that the girls in the office recognize me and know my name. I appreciate the extra emile they go to make me comfortable and make it feel like a real community.

I love the apartments, and I love the new upgrades. Right now we are paying 1893 a month for a 1 bedroom. We've been here a year, but have to move at the end of our lease, because we would like to save a little money. If we were able to pay 1400-1500, we would stay. Staff is great and friendly! Location is perfect!!! Good job!

I would tell them that living here is a very pleasant experience. The view from my apartment is very beautiful, as well as my apartment. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the building has all the amenities I could ask for and more. It is located very central and it is very easy to access many of the subway lines from here. Overall, I am very happy living here.

I am extremely pleased with Burnham Pointe. I worked with Timea, Violet and Malissa and those ladies are truly on top of things. The perfect blend of professionalism, intelligence and sophistication. If I have a question it is quickly answered, and concerns are immediately addressed. Also, the door/security staff is also top notch. Marvin ensured that my two day move in was successful. And the maintenance crew hung mirrors and pictures in an efficient manner. I believe that I have made the best choice and couldn't be happier!

I love living here! Of course there would be little changes here and there - like sometimes the elevators and gym could use tidying up - but overall Burnham Pointe is a wonderful place to call home. I like very much the changes that are occurring since the new management took over. The staff is always friendly and professional. Now that we can pay our rent online, it is very convenient. I wish there were more parking available (and that people parked better sometimes) but it's only an issue maybe 1-2 times a week. All in all, we love it here.
